Bisham Paddles Sport Club circuit training +++

Back by popular demand, paddlers core strength circuit training. Everyone is welcome, (including those that have signed up to paddling taster sessions), to our indoor circuit training at Little Marlow Cricket Club, Church Rd, Little Marlow, Marlow SL7 3RT.

Included in the circuit we have some ergo paddling machines that are great for technique work.

Directly opposite is The Kings Head, Church Rd, Little Marlow, Marlow SL7 3RZ

Another date for the diary is 14 December at The Kings Head for an EGM / AGM of the reiteration of the Bisham Paddle Sport Club (BPSC).

Spond

Club communication is through Spond, the club website and social media. Spond is free and available on desktop and phone. The code to join BPSC is LZWUM. It is secure as an admin will approve. Only a few club members are now not on Spond.
